Wilkin Chapman are the leading law firm in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire. They are a full-service firm specialising in business and private legal service; with offices in Lincoln, Horncastle, Grimsby, Beverely and Louth. The Legal 500 awarded Wilkin Chapman recommendations for specialist expertise in 14 different practice areas.

Their problem

Prior to working with SEO Traffic Lab, Wilkin Chapman had been running SEO, PPC and social media Campaigns – but had not achieved the results they wanted. In particular, they were disappointed with the number of form fills and phone calls their digital marketing was generating – especially for the new sectors they wanted to focus on.

Our solution

The first step was to undergo a full audit of their website; using this, we put together an on-page and local SEO strategy. The “on-page strategy” was focused on generating awareness for new sectors, whereas the local SEO strategy aimed to increase enquiries for  specific office locations. 

We carried out fresh keyword research and implementation, and were able to move several targeted keywords to page 1 on Google. The improvements in rankings started to drive much more relevant traffic to the sector pages.
