CSR Policy

Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

Here at SEO Traffic Lab, we believe that a commitment to the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) coincides with our core values and beliefs. Our policy is based on the following principles:

  • To create a meaningful, inclusive and supportive environment for our employees to work in
  • To maximise the impact of our work to benefit the community and the environment
  • To put CSR at the centre of our business decisions
  • To continually evaluate and improve our CSR offering
  • All business operations are ethical and equal

To help define our policy we have broken it down into 4 key areas:

1. Employees

To retain, develop and motivate a team of loyal employees throughout their time with our business.

Through regular appraisals we set clear personal development goals with our employees, making time for training in the areas that they are interested in.

We ensure that we have regular socials to create a sense of friendship and community among our employees.

Every two weeks we celebrate the team’s wins and inform them of the businesses operations.

We have regular team building activities, free food and fun competitions with prizes.

We continually invest time in our graduate and apprenticeship programs. Making sure the hiring process is fair.

2. Clients

We promise our clients to deliver what we say we are going to deliver and to put their needs first.

Transparent, honest and regular reporting is key for long term relationships and satisfaction. We conduct in-depth meetings with clients and give them access to all of the documentation that we are working on.

Through a rigorous signing off process, the quality of our work is second to none.

3. Community

Lincolnshire is a community that we are very proud to be part of.

Every year we have a charity chosen by our employees where we donate funds and time to improve their business.

We offer paid volunteer days to all of our employees. Organise and facilitate a range of events to raise funds for the Charity. Help them with their digital marketing to improve their online presence and grow their business.

4. Environment

Managing our impact on the environment in an ethical and responsible way.

Our office has recycling facilities which are constantly used by our team. We have put in place processes to reduce our negative impact on the environment.

We encourage staff to walk, car share or use public transport to get to work if possible.

The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of our CEO, Richard Hill.
