PPC Campaign Manager, we need you. 2017 is running past us like the children who have just broken up from school and begin their six week holidays.

If like us, you are wondering how we are in July already, and how almost half of the business year has passed, we aren’t really sure. The first 6 months of the year has been good to the team in #TheLab with a stream of new client wins and current client success stories.

As a result of this success, our team is yet again expanding and we are in the search for our next Lab Geek. Could this be you, or do you know someone who you think would be perfect to join our team at the head office in Gainsborough?

Our Paid Marketing department has been continuing to deliver exceptional results for our clients through innovative new marketing activities. These results include an 11.64 x ROI for one of our eCommerce store clients, which has dramatically improved their business. Following this success, we have applied similar marketing approaches to eCommerce clients across the country and we have been shouting about our success, which has, in turn, meant more businesses wanting their share of the results

Who can blame them, as for an eCommerce store a return of 11.64 is revolutionary.

Therefore we are recruiting to add another organised & mathematically-minded marketing genius to our PPC team.

We are looking for an individual who has exceptional organisational skills and a thirst for all things Paid Search, who is passionate about delivering outstanding results for our clients. Our Paid departments are growing rapidly and this is an exciting opportunity for you to get your hands dirty and learn the intricacies of paid marketing and the results that they can bring to our clients.

The role would suit a senior, mid-level and junior PPC Campaign Manager. As PPC campaign manager, you will be working on our clients’ PPC campaigns and regularly implementing strategies across Google, Facebook and other biddable networks. Experience would be advantageous, particularly around the following areas: Google Paid Networks (Search, Display & PLA), Google Shopping Strategies, Remarketing, Facebook Ads, Conversion Optimisation & Tracking and Analysing and Reporting on Paid Campaigns.

As PPC campaign manager, the role requires regular and consistent contact with clients, experience/proficiency in an account handling role and excellent communication skills are essential. Past experience working in a digital marketing agency environment would be advantageous.
One of the most important attributes we live by in #TheLab is a willingness to learn and develop technical and personal skills. On half of our clients and our agency a commitment to a high standard of work, attention to detail and perfectionism is a must.

Our company ethos is one of striving to produce work that’s world-class and better in every way – than our competitors – and this needs to carry through in all of the work carried out by our PPC teams.

We run through more on the job role and the packages that you can expect to receive as becoming a member of #TheLab. These include a fantastic benefits scheme, including regular quarterly socials, unlimited refreshments including fully stocked fridge and bacon butties on Fridays.

Think you may be a fit for the role? Follow this link to the job page to find out more and to apply!

We look forward to welcoming you to our tribe.
